Meet Angie Martínez
Hola!
I am the founder of AMar Organizing. I am a Trained Professional Organizer and a member of Professional Organizers Canada (POC) based in Vancouver, BC.
My hometown is Bogotá, Colombia. I have always been adventurous and curious to learn from different people and cultures.
My desire to explore the world led me first to the UK, and later to New York City, to master my English.
I moved to Vancouver to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. After years of working in the design industry, I realized that while a beautiful space is the goal, it is only truly functional when it is organized.
I found my true passion wasn’t behind a computer screen drafting layouts, but in the hands-on process of transforming physical spaces.
Today, I combine my design background with a mission to help people simplify their environments and reclaim their space.
Why AMar?
The name is a blend of my own, Angie Martínez,
but it carries a deeper meaning: in Spanish, Amar means "to love."
It's a simple reflection of who I am:
I truly love the art of organizing.
